• Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1 working days.
• Tracking Information: A tracking number will be provided to you once your order has been shipped.
• Courier Partner: Our default courier partner is DHL eCommerce and J&T Express.
• Estimated Delivery Times:
  • West Malaysia (WM): Parcels typically reach their destination within 1-3 days after shipping.
  • East Malaysia (EM): Parcels typically reach their destination within 3-7 days after shipping.
