Returns & Exchange Policy

At Herbal Remedies, we strive to ensure the highest quality and accuracy with every order. If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, we are here to help. Our return policy is specifically designed to address issues with defective items or incorrect shipments. Please review the following guidelines to understand our return and refund procedures for such cases.

  • Claims will only be entertained for product defects or delivery of wrong items
  • Due to the nature of our product as a perishable goods, claims must be made within 7 days after you receive your products (based on courier delivery tracker)
  • Products that have been consumed for more than 10% of the full packet will not be accepted for return and exchange
  • Returned goods must be in intact condition
  • Exchanges for other products are not allowed except the same item

To process for return:

  • Please contact us via Whatsapp +60 10-259 6884 and provide your name and order number for us to process your claim
  • Processing for customer’s returns will take up to 2 working days. We will review your claims before getting in touch to make arrangements for return & exchange once approved.
  • Shipping: The default service provider for returned parcel will be DHL eCommerce, J&T or Pos Laju, depending on customer’s preference. Customers will receive a softcopy of the return shipping label from us and will need to print and attach to the return parcel before dropping them off at the nearest DHL eCommerce, J&T or Pos Laju.
