No, we currently do not have a physical store. We are based in Penang and operate as a 100% online business.

Our products do not have a halal certificate from JAKIM at the moment. However, they are primarily plant-based and organically harvested. 

Customers are advised to store HR natural products in the fridge, if not consumed within 7 days to preserve freshness, as all products are without preservatives. It’s important to keep them away from direct sunlight and moisture to maintain their quality and integrity.

If you discover bugs in your HR products, don’t worry! “Stored product insects” can occasionally infest dried and organic items. While they are harmless, it’s best to prevent them from infesting your foods by storing your products in the fridge, as they cannot thrive in colder temperatures. Additionally, before consuming the products, give them a quick rinse in cold water to remove any residue.

Please check the individual expiry date that are labeled on each product. While our products do not contain preservatives, when stored under the right conditions, most dried products can maintain their quality for up to a year. However, please note that the color may oxidize over time.
